We would like to
extend a very special invitation to join us for the
1st
Annual Big Boy Toy Expo
(BBTE). In an effort
to provide your business with a unique marketing experience. This show will be
unlike any other “man show” that you may have participated in or attended. We
focus on a variety of toys men enjoy, including all kinds of motorized vehicles,
fine cigars, quality wines, specialty beer, fishing, hunting, golf, car & home
stereo systems, grills, home theatre systems for all budgets, acoustic &
electric guitars, and exotic travel locations, just to name a few.
Some of our special
features includes three different Championship Poker Tournaments, casino area
open to the public, beer garden, and the Comcast
Sports Zone.
To kick off The Big
Boy Toy Expo, we will be having a very special event Friday evening for all of
our exhibitors, public, sponsors and media. We will be
having a charity poker tournament benefiting the American Diabetes Foundation.
If poker is not your game you can also enjoy playing in the casino area which
will also be benefiting the American Diabetes Foundation.
As a special thank
you, the first 60 exhibitors with signed contracts will receive one parking
space in the exhibitor parking structure next to the Oregon Convention Center,
compliments of Convention and Meeting Planners of Oregon, Inc.
We value you as an
exhibitor and your support of our show, so the businesses who participate in the
Big Boy Toy Expo this year will be given first right of refusal for the
following year’s BBTE.
We are very excited to bring such a unique show to Oregon and we
are even more excited to have you join us. The partnership between your company
and ours is what will make this show an immediate success.
We value your input,
support, and vision of our BBTE. We at Convention and Meeting Planners of
Oregon look forward to working with you for many years to come.
Thank you,
Lora, Jeannette, Joshua and Brooke
Duffle Bag Drive to benefit the children of Washington
County:
We will be having a
duffle bag drive to benefit the children of Washington County who are being
placed into the foster care system.
The duffle bags will
be given to the children who are removed from their homes by The Department of
Family Services and placed into the foster care system. Currently when the
children are removed from their homes they are given a garbage bag or a paper
bag to put all of their belongings into. We want to be able to give each of
these children a duffle bag so they might feel a little bit better about what is
happening in their lives at that moment. Currently there are over a 1000
children in Washington County who have been placed into the foster care system
with the number changing daily. Every little bit helps in these kids lives.
How
it will work:
We will be asking the public to bring in a new duffle bag. They
will be given one ticket per duffel bag donated to the drive. They will write
their name and contact information on the back of each ticket and placed into
the drawing box. Throughout the weekend we will be doing a drawing of prizes.
You do not have to be present to win.
If you would like to donate an item to the prizes please contact
